Ware2Go recently hosted a survey of 250+ merchants to learn how their business has been impacted by COVID-19 and how they are preparing for the upcoming holiday peak. The study revealed that merchants are operating at pandemic-driven peak already and 74% expect to see an additional spike in demand during the holiday season this year.
